Shipping and Returns

The Upland Bespoke covey wants you to be 100% delighted with your order!

Please note, due to the custom order process, your Upland Bespoke Vest may ship 2-4 weeks from your purchase date. A custom monogram does require additional production time.

All Blouses and featured Capsule Collection items will ship within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service, and all customers will receive a tracking number for their order via email

Upland Bespoke accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 14 days of shipment. Our Customer Service Representatives will exchange sizes. If a manufacturing defect has been detected, we will happily exchange the product, for another identical product.

Monogrammed items cannot be returned, due to the customized nature of the order. However, if an error on our part has been made, we will gladly correct.

Exchanges and Returns:
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@uplandbespoke.com and send your item to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we do not offer refunds, but will gladly offer size exchange or issue a store credit, which will not expire.
