Please note, due to the custom order process, your Upland Bespoke vest may ship 3-8 weeks from your purchase date. A custom monogram does require additional production time.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and all customers will receive a tracking number for their order via email

Upland Bespoke accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 14 days of shipment. Our Customer Service Representatives will exchange sizes. If a manufacturing defect has been detected, we will happily exchange the product, for another identical product.

Monogrammed items cannot be returned, due to the customized nature of the order. However, if an error on our part has been made, we will gladly correct.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
